Our Goals

The main goals Charis Postpartum aims to achieve rests on three pillars: REST, SUPPORT & KNOWLEDGE. Ideally, we would like to meet mothers before the fourth trimester begins, for a 2–3-hour free consultation, where we can develop a bespoke in home postpartum plan for each client.
