Can I customize the services I receive?
Absolutely! Our care plans are tailored to meet the unique needs of each family. We’ll work with you to create a personalized plan.
Do you offer overnight care?
Yes, we provide overnight care to help parents rest and recover while ensuring their baby’s needs are met.
What areas do you serve?
For now, we serve Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, and the surrounding rural areas. If you’re outside our service area, please contact us to discuss potential arrangements.
What are your hours of operation?
We are available both days and nights. During the intake process we will come up with a care plan that works for your family. Our care providers are available for 4-hour shifts or 8-hour shifts during the day. Overnight shifts are 10 hours. For emergency support, additional arrangements can be made.
What qualifications do care providers have?
Our team consists of experienced and certified healthcare workers with postpartum and postnatal care training. All caregivers are thoroughly vetted, trained, and insured.
Do you accept insurance?
Some insurance plans may cover postpartum services. We recommend checking with your provider. We can provide invoices or documentation for reimbursement if applicable.
